I really do need to get it to work again within my Paint Shop Pro program, is there anything I can do to fix this, I am at a total loss and been at it for a couple weeks and I need to get some sleep -) The funny thing is it works fine in a couple other programs. I have all the latest drivers for the printer/scanner.
but when I try to run a Scan I get the message "device not found".
The Scanner shows in the Acquire window of PPP. I am a big user of Paint Shop Pro 9 and my Photosmart HP 6510 Printer/scanner. After the crash I replaced the hard drive with the same that was in the computer. Oh, my name is Jim, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, recently I had a hard drive crash and before the crash everything worked fine. Microsoft and HP Printer/Sanner both kicked my question when I went there for help, I came here years ago and Got help and I am back again, so let me explaine.
